I am a certified Holistic Massage therapist by ITEC since 2015 and I have been practicing professional Massage therapies ever since.

I am trained in the Holistic therapeutic Massage and Sports Massage therapies and I am passionate about helping people to enjoy the benefits of Massage such as stress and muscle tension relief, elimination of anxiety, release of toxins and more restful sleep. I perform Swedish Massage (sometimes called classic Massage) aiming to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer, standing long hours or exercising frequently. I also perform Deep Tissue Massage aiming to relieve chronic pain and the areas of rigidness, to restore movement, reduce inflammation and minimize pain. Moreover, I perform Sports Massage which is specifically designed to support amd enhance the performance, recovery and relaxation of people (typically athletes) who are frequently and/or intensely physically active.

My goal is to provide high quality holistic Massage therapies that balance physical, emotional and mental well-being!
