Searching on Onjobo
Contacting a profile owner
You can contact a profile owner by clicking on the Send Message button on their profile. The profile owner will receive your message, your email address, and your phone number if you have provided it.
Some profile owners have their telephone number displayed on their profile. In this case you can contact them directly by phone.
Managing my favourites
You can save profiles you are interested in by clicking on the icon. You do not need to have an account to add profiles to your favourites.
To view the profiles you have saved click on the My Favourites link.
You can remove a profile from your favourites by clicking on the icon again.
Note: Favourites are saved on the device you used when saving the profile, and you will only be able to access your favourites from that specific device.
Saving a Search and email alerts
You can save your search and we will send you alerts whenever a new profile matches your criteria.
1. Register for an account or Sign in if you already have an account.
2. Search for profiles using Advanced Search.
3. Click on the Save this search and get alerts button.
4. You will receive email notifications whenever a new profile matches your criteria.
Deleting a saved Search
You can delete a search that you have saved by:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Click on the Saved Searches option.
4. Select your saved search and then click on the Delete link.

Creating a profile
Creating a profile is easy and only takes a few minutes.
1. To create a profile you will need to register and create an account or Sign in if you already have an account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Click on the Create Profile option.

Updating information in my profile
You can update the details in your profile at any time.
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Click on My Profile, and then click on Edit my profile.

Updating my profile photo
Adding your photo to your profile is a good way to attract interest to your profile. You can add a new photo, update or delete your profile photo at any time.
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Click on Account Settings.
4. Upload your photo.
Note: When you create your account using Facebook, your Facebook profile photo becomes your Onjobo profile photo automatically. You can however change your profile photo on Onjobo at any time.
Changing my banner colour
You can update your banner colour at any time.
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Click on My Profile, and then click on Edit my Profile.
4. Find Banner colour and change it to your preferred colour.

You can add, update or remove photos on your profile at any time.
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Click on My Profile, and then click on Edit my Profile.
4. Click on the Manage Pictures option.
Adding videos to my profile
Videos are a great way to showcase your work and attract interest to your profile.
You can add, update or remove videos from your profile at any time.
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Click on My Profile, and then click on Edit my Profile.
4. Click on the Manage Video option.
Note: Only videos from YouTube can be added to your profile, so you will need to upload your profile on YouTube first.
Renewing my subscription
You can renew your subscription package by:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Click on My Profile, and then click on Change or upgrade plan.
Suspending my profile
If you are not currently looking for work and you do not want your profile to be visible, you can suspend your profile. To suspend your profile:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Click on My Profile.
4. Change the visibility option to Visible or Invisible.
You can set your profile to Visible or Invisible at any time.
Note: If you change the visibility option to Invisible your profile will not show up in searches.
Deleting my Account
If you wish to delete your account please follow this link to submit a request to delete your account
Your account will be deleted within 5 working days of submitting the request
Did you know that you can suspend your profile?
Instead of deleting your account you could suspend your profile. Your profile will become invisile and will not appear in searches.

Changing my password
To change your password:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Click on Account Settings.
4. Change your password, and click on Reset.

Enter the email you have used used to register with, and we will send you a link to reset your password by email.
How do I keep my account secure
- Change your password regularly.
- Never disclose your password to anyone. Onjobo will never ask you for your password.
- Use different passwords for different websites that you visit.
- Avoid using dictionary words and birthdates in your password.
- Choose strong passwords with 10 or more characters and that includes a mixture of upper and lower case characters, and includes numbers and special characters.
- Always sign out of your account if you are using a public computer.
- Make sure the devices you are using are secure, and that your devices have up-to-date anti-virus & anti-malware software.
What should I do if I receive an inappropriate message
If you receive an inappropriate message please inform us by email at: support@onjobo.com
What should I do if I receive a message that I suspect is fraudulent
Don’t fall for phishing attacks. Never send personal identifiable information, copies of passports or identity cards, and never send bank account numbers or credit card numbers, or agree to make any kind of payment or money transfer.
Onjobo will never ask for bank account or credit card details, or ask for payments via email.
